Ingredients
Scale

- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the dough for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Drain on paper towels, then fill with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
Notes
- For crispier shells, ensure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- Customize toppings based on personal preference.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
