- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
- Add chicken to the mixture and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry until softened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add sesame oil, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
