- 8 slices white bread
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- Trim the crusts off the sandwiches and cut them into quarters or triangles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- These sandwiches are best served immediately but can be refrigerated for a short time.
