- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the flank steak in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In bowls, layer cooked rice, sliced steak, corn, avocado, and diced tomatoes.
