Delicious beef meatballs glazed with a tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and coat with the cranberry mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and served at room temperature.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less cranberry sauce.
