Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chicken slices, stir-frying until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add bell pepper, carrots, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.
