- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 ounces chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and cook until tender.
- Stir in the bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
