Ingredients

  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces chow mein noodles


Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
