Instructions

- Whisk in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the beef broth, whisking to prevent lumps.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
