A delicious and easy breakfast option featuring sweet blueberries and cream cheese, all wrapped in a crispy quesadilla.

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over one of the tortillas.
- Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, add some chopped nuts.
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
