A delicious fusion of blackened chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, served on warm garlic bread.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Coat the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until blackened, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add salt and pepper to the sauce and mix well.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise, spread with garlic butter, and bake until golden.
- Top the garlic bread with sliced chicken and pour Alfredo sauce over it.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken to make a quick sandwich.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
