Delicious Big Mac sliders that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering. Enjoy the classic taste of Big Mac in slider form!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small hamburger buns
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (mayo, ketchup, relish mix)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the buns.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, adding cheese, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce.
  6. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
