- 8 small hamburger buns
- 8 slices cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup special sauce (mayo, ketchup, relish mix)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the buns.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, adding cheese, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce.
- Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
