This rich and flavorful homemade KFC gravy is the perfect accompaniment to your fried chicken or mashed potatoes.

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbly.
- Slowly add the chicken broth and milk while whisking continuously.
- Bring to a simmer, allow to thicken, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Serve hot over fried chicken or mashed potatoes.
