- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the green beans and half of the French fried onions to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with remaining French fried onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
