Description

Delicious BBQ brisket melts featuring tender brisket and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chopped brisket
  • 4 slices cheese (e.g., provolone or cheddar)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the chopped brisket with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on each bottom half of the buns.
  4. Divide the brisket mixture evenly over the cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of cheese and close the buns.
  6. Spread butter on the outside of each bun.
  7. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
