Description

Delicious BBQ brisket melts stuffed with cheese and served on toasted bread, perfect for sandwiches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked brisket
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with BBQ sauce.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. In a skillet, place two slices of bread butter-side down.
  4. Add half of the brisket mixture and half of the cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Once cheese is melted, remove from skillet and slice.
