Description

A rich and gooey lava cake made effortlessly in your air fryer, perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
  6. Grease ramekins and pour the batter evenly into them.
  7. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let them cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy!
