- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave until smooth.
- Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Grease ramekins and pour the batter into each, filling them halfway.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
- Make sure not to overcook, or the lava effect will disappear.
