Description

This Air Fryer Lava Cake is a rich and gooey dessert that is quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Grease ramekins and pour the batter into each, filling them halfway.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve immediately.

Notes
