Description
Delicious and crispy garlic parmesan fries made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
- Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain the fries and pat them dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, sprinkle the fries with grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can also season with additional herbs or spices as desired.
