- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
- Remove beef from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 4-6 hours, checking periodically until the jerky is dry but still slightly chewy.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
