- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and green onions, cooking until softened.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha; mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
